MPO/MTP patch cord is a multi-fiber patch cord with fiber count of 4, 6, 8, 12, 24, or 48. These advanced connectors use precision molded MT ferrules, together with metal guide pins and precise housings ensuring optimal fiber alignment when mating.
MPO/MTP connectors are assembled to ribbon or bare ribbon connectors with a convenient push-pull latching mechanism, making them ideal for high-density applications where space and connectivity speed are critical factors.
